The Final “H” Family of 2010 =)
Another “H” family! They are popular here on Rota, I guess =). Since there are no more slots in 2010, I *think* I can safely say this will be the last blog entry this year with this title. We’ll see! This was another beautiful day in Puerto Sherry & I guess the locals are getting used to seeing me around there with my camera, because I saw today that one of the local establishments, 470 Gin Bar, is now following me online! Thanks guys, I hope you enjoy the photos! Next up on the heather.b.photography blog…either people babies or my fur babies…I will decide later!

“P” Family Portraits in Puerto Sherry
Here is another fun family session for the holidays! The P family had a great shoot in Puerto Sherry, one of our local treasures here in Spain. Everyone seemed to have a good time, despite having to get up for an early morning shoot after our evening shoot was rained out! Dang that rainy season here in Rota. Luckily our rain date was beautiful and we were able to get some great images. Enjoy!

“K” Family Sneak Peek
Here is a quick sneak peek before I head to bed! This family was adorable to photograph…those boys have just the sweetest faces! Thank you guys for letting me take your family photos =)… I enjoyed getting to know you! Quick announcements: There is 1 portrait slot left in 2010, just FYI. First come, first serve! After that, the books are closed until the boudoir special in January. I am still working out the details on that & will let you know when I can work out a good location & dates. Another “H” Family…
And there is another “H” family session in the hopper! It has been the month for family portraits, and for whatever reason most of my clients have H-names =). This family did their photo session on their very last day here in Spain! We got up in the morning for an early morning shoot/breakfast in Puerto Sherry & they spent the rest of the day saying goodbyes then left that night! What a whirlwind day, but if you know this family they know how to multi-task and make it all work out, since they’ve been a military family for over 20 years! {They are currently in the US adjusting to their first stateside duty station in 20 years, they have been overseas the whole time!!} Thank you guys for your service and dedication! What an amazing family =)

The “P” Family Portraits
This family was so photogenic & the kids seemed to love the camera =) Its always fun to do shoots like that when everyone is having fun! It was a great time in downtown Rota & here is the result! I know there were a few folks out there that wanted to book before Christmas…I just wanted to put it out there that there only a couple of slots left in 2010 & they will be first come, first serve =) Not to worry though, there will be plenty of time after the new year for photos {starting with the Valentine’s Day Boudoir Special in January!}

The Cutest Little Peas in a Pod…
Check out these little ladies! Taylor and Mason graciously helped me photograph a bunch of new props sent to me by my friend Kim at Beautiful Photo Props. Not all of these photos feature Kim’s props, but most of them are hers. She makes all kinds adorable handmade items for photographers. They were very patient considering what I had in store for them that day! Here are just a few of the beautiful images we created of these cuties…

Thinking ahead to Valentine’s Day…
Calling all ladies! I wanted to put out a little reminder of my boudoir photography services. I don’t blog these sessions for obvious reasons, but this client allowed this cute little tushy shot to be posted so I could advertise a bit =). These photos make great gifts for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, birthdays, weddings, or “just because” for that special guy in your life. Is you man deployed? What a perfect time to send him an album of you looking gorgeous to let him know you love him. These photos are also great for YOU! Girls usually leave their sessions feeling confident and beautiful, which is my true intent behind this service. You are beautiful! Why not celebrate it? I am considering a January weekend boudoir extravaganza…perhaps setting up in a suite in a local hotel and booking lots of sessions over a weekend. If I do that in January, the photos will be ready in time for Valentine’s Day. Sooo….any interest out there ladies? “H” Family Portraits =)
I am still catching up from the constant clicking of my camera in October! What a crazy month. Although I did technically blog 13 clients in one entry with the senior post & several of my shoots were boudoir so they won’t be posted either {well, maybe one or two of the tame one’s if the clients’ allow!}. Not to fear, I still have plenty more post to catch up on from October, and this is one of them. The H family was so fun! The boys were totally charming and very flexible about posing for my camera. They were great! We had some fun with balloons during the shoot, just to get some fun images for their holiday card. Check ‘em out!
